World of Warcraft Patch Notes for 10.0.7 Have Been Released!

Even though the next content update won’t be out for a few more days, World of Warcraft has posted the full patch notes for 10.0.7 for players to read. The notes explain what changes to class balance, a new zone, and other changes are coming to Dragonflight in the near future.

The patch notes came out at the same time that Blizzard started a big marketing push that was all about what World of Warcraft players can look forward to in the near future.

Even though Patch 10.0.7 won’t be out until March 21, players can preview and test Patch 10.1 on the public test realm (PTR) right now. Both updates will add new features, but next week’s content patch will make some big changes to a specialization that has been in need of some work for a while.

With this update, the Retribution Paladin’s melee DPS specialization will be changed. This change is meant to fix some of the biggest problems that both World of Warcraft players and game developers have had with it.

Do you know that World of Warcraft has announced Patch 10.1, which is called “Embers of Neltharion”? With this update, World of Warcraft gets a new zone, a new raid, and a new story chapter. It is Dragonflight’s first major update:

According to the developers’ notes, the goal of the Retribution Paladin rework was to reduce the number of buttons paladins had to deal with and give the plate-armored melee DPS some much-needed buffs to their sustained damage, survivability, and mobility.

Even though some of the changes made to paladins slightly lowered their burst damage, the tradeoffs and changes to the talent tree should give paladins more options when building their characters for dungeons, raids, and PVP. You can find all the patch notes for World of Warcraft on their official website.

Patch 10.0.7 will also let Monk players play as Lightforged Draenei, Goblins, and Worgen. The Battle for Azeroth Pathfinder achievement will be taken away, and orc and human players will be able to get a lot of heritage armor sets and go on new quests that take them back to The Forbidden Reach.

In this zone’s story, players will learn about where the Dracthyr Evokers came from and get a taste of the Dragon Isles’ deepest secrets. Players of World of Warcraft will also be able to go on a quest with Baine Bloodhoof in the Ohn’aran Plains.

This may explain what he has been doing since he was famously put on the bench during the Shadowlands expansion. Once Patch 10.0.7 goes live, Twitch drops will give World of Warcraft players another chance to get a rare TCG reward.

World of Warcraft players who link their Blizzard and Twitch accounts and watch at least four hours of Dragonflight content between March 21 and April 2 will be able to get the D.I.S.C.O. toy.

Overall, springtime in World of Warcraft will soon be a time with a lot of content for players to try. World of Warcraft is now available on PC.
