Ubisoft is Shutting Down Some Online Games

On September 1, 2022, Ubisoft will discontinue multiplayer and online support for 15 games, including five Assassin’s Creed titles, Far Cry 3, Splinter Cell: Blacklist, Prince of Persia:....

The installation of DLC will also not be possible on that day for titles like Assassin’s Creed 3 (2012 Release) and Assassin’s Creed Brotherhood.

Despite the fact that most of the games on the list are older, Space Junkies stands out because it was only released in 2019.

The list also contains Rayman Legends and Far Cry 3, as well as other more well-known games like Assassin’s Creed 2, Brotherhood, and 3.

It’s one thing to shut down web servers, but it’s just plain annoying when customers lose access to something they paid for seemingly no reason.
