The Elder Scroll Online: Stadia Players Can Take Their Progress To The Pc Version

After Google’s shocking announcement that it is shutting down its cloud streaming service, Bethesda and ZeniMax Online are the latest companies to offer assistance to stranded Google Stadia players.

The Elder Scrolls Online’s official Twitter acknowledged the impact Google‘s decision has had on its players, tweeting that the team had taken some time.

Bethesda Softworks and ZeniMax Online Studios have been discussing the next steps for our Elder Scrolls Online Stadia players.

We’re happy to announce that players on Stadia will soon be able to move their ESO accounts to PC, taking with them their characters.

Last week, Google revealed that Stadia would be shutting down a blog post and gave users until January 18, 2023, to “complete final play sessions” before the service was discontinued.
