Apple Rolls Out iOS 16.1 With New Feature

Only a little over a month after delivering iOS 16 to the public, Apple has released iOS 16.1 to iPhones around the world. The new features and updates in iOS 16.1 are extensive.

And they cover a wide range of topics, from Live Activities to Clean Energy Charging to iCloud Shared Photo Library and beyond.

Users of Apple’s iPhones can now download iOS 16.1. To install a new version, open the Settings menu, select General, and finally select Software Update.

All iOS 16-compatible iPhones (iPhone 8 and after) can download and install iOS 16.1. The update may take a few minutes to reach.

iCloud Shared Photo Library – When you create or join a library, you may set up rules depending on the creation date of the library or the persons pictured inside the images to make.

Live Activitie – For iPhone 14 Pro devices, the Dynamic Island and the Lock Screen now provide support for live Activities from third-party apps.

Fitness+ – If you don’t own an Apple Watch, you can still use Apple Fitness+ on your iPhone.

Wallet – Using a messaging service like Messages or WhatsApp, you can safely give someone else access to your car, hotel room, and other keys stored in your Wallet.

Home – When many ecosystems are enabled, a wide range of smart home accessories can communicate with one another and with Matter, the new smart home communication standard.
