Throne and Liberty PC Requirements: NCSoft, creators of the Lineage MMORPG series, is working on a new game called Throne And Liberty. Project TL, which was supposed to be the third game in the series but was delayed multiple times, is now titled Throne And Liberty and is scheduled for release in 2023.
The director made an announcement and overview video explaining that the game was ready to be released soon, would be available on PC and PlayStation 5, and was a completely new intellectual property (IP). Classes, gameplay, release dates, and platform requirements are all detailed below.
What is Throne And Liberty?
The South Korean studio NCSoft, creators of the Lineage series and Guild Wars, are working on their next game, Throne And Liberty. The game has been delayed numerous times, with multiple stalled betas, since it was first announced in 2011 under a different name.
On the other hand, thanks to a new Director’s Preview, we know more than ever about what the game entails. In Throne and Liberty, players have access to one large, interconnected world. In addition, the game’s visuals and gameplay will be affected by the game’s dynamic weather system.
Since it is an MMO meant to encourage players to tell their own stories, the developers have described the game’s narrative as a “background saga” rather than something that dominates your experience.
What is Throne And Liberty Release Date?
We hope to release Throne and Liberty in the first half of 2023, but a specific date has not been set as of yet.
Some form of closed beta/preview period will likely be implemented for the game to undergo playtesting and bug fixing before it is released to the general public. As we learn more, we’ll be sure to update this section of the manual.
Are There Classes In Throne And Liberty? How Does PVP Work?
Since there are no “classes” in TL, players can experiment with different play styles by equipping other weapons and are not limited to a single set of abilities. Combat between players is optional and can be avoided by avoiding certain areas during PVP events.
Among player-versus-player competitions, there is a hierarchy. Guilds can compete for control of different regions of the map and gain rewards for doing so.
What I’d like for 2023! #throneandliberty to live up to my expectations.
I need a new MMO, I miss Aion and BDO so much. When the RP community was alive and kicking too! I love KR game’s aesthetics a lot more than others tbh. I’m tired of having to mod to look the way I want. pic.twitter.com/fGMRMX8m5q

Are There Microtransactions In Throne And Liberty?
Although it has not been officially confirmed, given NCSoft‘s track record, we anticipate the presence of microtransactions.
Many players are crossing their fingers that Throne And Liberty do not follow the developer’s reputation for including pay-to-win microtransactions.

Throne and Liberty PC Gameplay
Finally, Korean developer NCSOFT has released new footage of their massively multiplayer online role-playing game Throne and Liberty. Gameplay footage was recorded during an internal test from August 8 to August 12, 2022, and made publicly available.
This new video is a substantial improvement over the previous trailer that came out in March of 2022, and it does a better job of exploring Throne and Liberty. This allows us to dive deeper into the game’s interface, character editor, combat system, and various mammoth game modes like the siege.
Those present voiced their approval of the game’s demo version in a few brief discussions. It has been announced that the PC, PS5, and X|S versions of Throne and Liberty will be released in the first half of 2023.
