The Falir Writing IPO opened for subscription on 22nd November 2023, Wednesday and it is going to shut down on 24th November 2023, Friday. The Falir Writing IPO price band has been set in the official range of Rs. 288 to Rs. 304 per equity share which has a clear face value of Rs. 5. The Falir Writing IPO officially comprises a fresh issue of the shares which are up to Rs. 292 crores and on the offer for sale of the equity shares which has a face value of Rs. 2 each. It has been fixed by the promoters and some other aggregating which are up to Rs. 301 crore. The Flair Writing IPO size is Rs. 593 crore.
