“Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League” Scheduled for May 26, 2023 Release

Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League doesn’t come out for a few more months, but Rocksteady just gave the most detailed look at the game so far.

During Sony’s State of Play event on Thursday, the developer showed off a new gameplay trailer with a co-op boss fight and a better look at how gear can be upgraded in the game. Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League is set to come out on May 26.

Based on the most recent look at the game, Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League is a classic looter-shooter like Anthem or Destiny 2.

Players can work together in groups of up to four and take on missions in co-op mode, including boss fights that are huge and have their own special rules. Players will also be able to get loot and improve their characters, making their weapons and abilities stronger.

And, if you’re interested, you can read up on our coverage of other popular games that we’ve written about:

Getting Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League out has been slowed down more than once. In the original trailer for the game, we saw Suicide Squad members Harley Quinn, King Shark, Boomerang, and Deadshot in a city called Metropolis that was under attack.

At the end of that trailer, Superman may have been under the control of Brainiac when he blew up an innocent pilot and told the Suicide Squad who their targets are.

In December, Rocksteady confirmed that Batman will be in the game. This will be the last time that the late Kevin Conroy will give Batman’s voice. Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League will be available on May 26 for PlayStation 5, Windows PC, and Xbox Series X.
