Splatoon 3 Sizzle Season 4.0 Patch Notes Update- Revealed

With the release of Splatoon 3 version 4.0, Nintendo has detailed all the upcoming modifications in preparation for the Sizzle season. The game has been well-received since its release late last year, and Nintendo has provided considerable support.

Seasonal distinctions restrict the many changes and events that occur regularly. Splatoon 3 has already had three seasons—Drizzle, Chill, and Fresh—and a fourth is coming. Sizzle Season is a term used to describe the warm weather of summer.

There is a ton of new stuff to do in Splatoon 3 every season. Starting June 1st, 2023, Salmon Run will have a new Big Run shift as part of the Sizzle Season. There are new weapons, armour, titles, decorations, and arenas. After teasing fans with a preview earlier this month, Nintendo has now provided the complete patch notes for the upcoming season update.

Several updates to the seasonal catalogue and weapons are listed in the comments. In addition to the iconic NES Zapper peripheral referenced by the N-ZAP family of weapons, the game also has a new blaster weapon called the S-Blast ’92 based on Nintendo’s old lightgun peripheral, the Super Scope.

The Paintbrush, a slower but more potent Inkbrush variant, will debut in this update. Additionally, nine new weapon sets are being introduced to the game. Several of the guns in Splatoon 3 have also had tweaks, such as shorter reload times, less ink usage, and increased damage.

In the same vein, this update either weakens or strengthens special weapons. Challenges, a new kind of timed multiplayer mode with unique objectives that players may take on alone or with friends, will also debut this season. Players can use their accumulated Challenge Power to enter online tournaments and compete against others.

Some minor tweaks have also been implemented, such as new music for the lobby and battles and the typical bug patches with a significant seasonal update. Improvements to the visual quality or quality of life have also been implemented in Anarchy Battles, Tableturf Battle, and the Lobby.
