Slime Rancher 2 How to Get Wild Honey!

In Slime Rancher 2, players can use a rare resource called “wild honey.” This is the procedure for acquiring Wild Honey. Slime Rancher 2 is an exciting adventure game full of new places to discover. This visually stunning installment continues Beatrix LaBeau’s slime ranching adventures. The game now features a new island with a plethora of treasure chests and useful items for the taking.

This year, you can once again find wild honey. Cattlemen can use the sugary material to create tools and improvements that facilitate farming and transportation across the island. Wild Honey can be found far into Rainbow Island, but there are a few steps necessary before players can vac it up in Slime Rancher 2.

How to Farm Wild Honey?

If ranchers want Wild Honey, they’ll need the Resource Harvester to upgrade. With the aid of Rainbow Island’s Resource Harvester, the Vacpack can ingest the island’s plentiful flora, fauna, and minerals. The upgrade for the Conservatory can be reinstalled in the laboratory. The Lab is home to the Refinery and the Fabricator, where enhancements and new materials can be created.

Fabricator is where you get access to the Resource Harvester’s blueprints, which detail what you’ll need to build one. The following items are required of players:

  • 450 Newbucks
  • 10 Cotton Plorts

You can make some Newbucks by selling plorts at the Plort Market, located just outside the Lab’s main entrance. It is necessary to feed the Cotton Plorts into the Refinery before proceeding to the Fabricator. Ranchers can begin their hunt for Wild Honey once they have gathered the necessary supplies and set up the Resource Harvester.

How to Get Wild Honey?

To get to Wild Honey, players must first open the gate to Starlight Strand, as it is not present in Rainbow Fields. Players won’t be able to access the portal until they trigger the Cotton Gordo slime explosion. Big, stationary Gordo slimes are the result of pressing many smaller slimes together. Cotton Gordo can be found off to the southwest of Rainbow Fields, past the Refinery Link.

It sits in front of a cave entrance housing the portal activation switch, so if you feed it 30 or more vegetables, it should explode. In its portal form, the iridescent light will be extremely brilliant. Ranchers can easily reach Starlight Strand by entering it. Starlight Strand’s landscape consists of contrasting blue and red zones separated by a vast ocean.

There is a tonne of one-of-a-kind secrets waiting to be unearthed. Additionally, beehives filled with wild honey can be spotted all over the island. On the other hand, these aren’t to be confused with Buzz Wax colonies. The most noticeable distinction between the two is that Wild Honey is surrounded by a yellow honey substance while Buzz Wax is simply brown.

Early Access for Slime Rancher 2 is now live on PC and Xbox One X/s.
