New Pokemon Scarlet and Violet Trailer Reveals Tera Raid Events

Pokemon Scarlet and Violet Trailer: Prior to their release on Friday of next week, Pokemon is giving fans one more glimpse at the upcoming Nintendo Switch titles. Prior to the game's release the following week, The Pokemon Company unveiled a brand-new trailer for Pokemon Scarlet and Violet.

With Ed Sheeran's newest song, “Celestial,” playing over the film, the trailer below gives you another glimpse at several of the new Pokemon and characters you'll meet during your exploration of the Paldea region.

Depending on which version of the game you're playing, the teaser also provides a brief glance at what appear to be Donphan's two distinct evolutions: the ancient Great Tusk (in Pokemon Scarlet) and the cutting-edge Iron Treads (in Pokemon Violet). However, it is still unknown how these forms will be acquired.

So far, each Scarlet and Violet teaser has included at least one brand-new Pokemon. To date, more than a dozen entirely new Pokemon have been made public, including the coin-collecting Gimmighoul and the ghost dog Greavard. After the Dratini Community Day Classic event last weekend, the latter made a sudden entrance into Pokemon Go.

The first Tera Raid Battle events for Scarlet and Violet have been announced in addition to the new teaser. The first event will feature Eevee along with different Tera kinds and run from November 24 to November 27. The second event will feature a Tera-type dragon alongside Charizard.

This one will take place over two windows: from December 1 to December 4 and again from December 15 to December 18.

On November 18, Pokemon Scarlet and Violet will be released on the Nintendo Switch. Before February 28, 2023, if you buy one of the games, you can get a unique Pikachu. This specific Pokemon has learned the move Fly, which it ordinarily cannot learn, and when it Terastallizes, it changes into a flying type.

Splatoon 3 is holding a Pokemon-themed Splatfest in anticipation of the release of Scarlet and Violet. Which sort of Pokemon partner would you want to take with you on a Pokemon adventure: grass, fire, or water? is the topic of the event, which takes place from November 11 to November 13.

After that, the teaser shows us the “TM Machine,” which lets you make TMs from objects dropped by Pokemon. League Points, Snom Threads, and Snover Berries are a few examples of items. For some players, this could lead to the endgame activity of grinding out things to improve your party.

In addition to the usual information drop, the Pokedex is also outfitted with images of Pokemon. Returning is the camping [picnic] system, where you can relax with your Pokemon while consuming food and occasionally finding eggs.

You can see the whole movie down below! The two games are still scheduled to release on November 18, so as the video states, we're getting close to launch.
