Reportedly, D. Sridhar was initially bumped into the car which affected him to such an extent that he broke several bones continuously decreasing the chances of his survival overturned when his health refused to work with the treatment, and at the end of the day the medical team had to pronounce him dead while asking his family to bring his body back to their place for the creation as there were no chances of his recovery now.
