Overwatch 2 is selling a unique Watchpoint Pack that grants users guaranteed beta access and additional perks.
Overwatch 2 was first revealed by Blizzard in 2019, and three years later, the game is finally approaching its official early access release date. Overwatch 2 will be out on October 4, and Blizzard’s popular hero-shooter will become free-to-play on that date.
While Overwatch 2 will be free to play, Blizzard is now marketing a special Watchpoint Pack that interested gamers may purchase right now for several benefits.
The Overwatch 2 Watchpoint Pack will set you back $39.99. It includes the legendary skins Space Raider Soldier 76 and Space Raider Cassidy, the Season 1 Battle Pass, 2,000 in virtual cash to use in the shop, Overwatch 1 with five Epic skins and five Legendary skins, and guaranteed beta access. Pre-ordering the Overwatch 2 Watchpoint Pack will also get you an exclusive icon.
The next Overwatch 2 PvP beta is slated for June 28 to July 18, with sign-ups open now. Blizzard will provide beta access in waves, but players can get ahead of the line by purchasing the Watchpoint Pack.
Overwatch fans who don’t want to wait for Blizzard to send them an invite should consider buying up the Watchpoint Pack between now and the beta start date.

This is the first time console users will be able to play Overwatch 2, as the initial beta was only available to PC gamers. The next Overwatch 2 test will also give players their first chance to play as a new Tank hero Junker Queen, who was recently announced to be one of three unique heroes playable in the game when it launches.
Blizzard has confirmed two of the three new heroes that will be available in Overwatch 2 when it launches. At launch, Overwatch 2 gamers will be able to play as the recent Damage hero Sojourn in addition to Junker Queen.
Blizzard has also stated that the launch will contain a brand-new Support hero, albeit their identity is unknown now. The most popular notion is that the next Overwatch Support hero has a spirit fox as a pet. However, this needs to be seen.
Blizzard has stated that it would be significantly more aggressive in adding new content to Overwatch 2. The Overwatch 2 roadmap promises a brand-new hero for the game in December and tons of fresh content for 2023, so fans have a lot to look forward to.
