Netflix 2022 Triple Threat: Just in time for a New Year's Day marathon or double feature, Netflix has unveiled its biggest hits of 2022, with Stranger Things topping the list for television and the Russo Brothers' The Gray Man topping the list for Netflix original films.
Among Netflix‘s television offerings are new shows like Wednesday and The Sandman and long-running favorites like Stranger Things and Ozark. The service's movie selection spans genres from science fiction action to romantic comedies.
Take it with a grain of salt, though, as Netflix is notoriously vague in its reporting. If the count is the same as in previous years, one “watch” is any time someone watches at least two minutes of a show or movie, so these will be the “most watched” shows and movies of 2022.
Do you think that still makes them the most-watched content on the platform? So, yeah. I warn you that you shouldn't expect the most polished content on the service here.
