The driver of the car was first taken to the hospital for mandatory testing. NSW Police stated, “Officers attached to Eastern Beaches Police Area Command established a crime scene, which will be examined by specialist police from the Crash Investigation Unit,” The driver of the car is cooperating with the police in the investigation.
