This tragic accident occurred after a speeding car rammed into a tree on the roadside when the car was returning after attending a wedding function which was in the Jharkhand Giridh district. This accident occurred in the early morning of 18th November 2023, Saturday. This information has been officially shared by the police. The station in charge of Mofassil police station, Kamlesh Paswan has stated the accident in which he has stated that the injured people have been admitted to the hospital.
According to the source, the accident happened at around 3:00 am at midnight on Saturday. This accident occurred in Baghmara within the jurisdiction of the Mufassil police station. It has been reported that the vehicle was carrying a total of 10 people and they were returning after attending a wedding ceremony at the time this accident occurred. The Giridih Sadar Sub-divisional Police Officer (SDPO), Anil Singh has recently said that the car occupants had come from Thoria village in the Birni police station area where they were attending a wedding function at Tikodah which is around 40 km away, and after attending the function they were returning to there home at that time this accident occurred. He has also stated that five people died immediately on the scene and five remaining people have been admitted to the hospital. It can be said that the driver was drunk but nothing is confirmed yet.
