The planned tactical role-playing video game Jagged Alliance 3 is being made by Haemimont Games and will be sold by THQ Nordic. The game will be available on Windows. Since Jagged Alliance 2 came out in 1999, this is the first main title in the Jagged Alliance series.
Jagged Alliance 3 is a turn-based strategy video game that is played from an isometric point of view. The player gives orders to a group of soldiers. Each person on the player’s team has a different history and personality.
There are 40 freelancers in the game, and some of them, like Vicki Waters, Ivan Dovich, and Fidel Dahan, are returning characters. The soldiers can change the way their weapons work, and they can aim at different parts of an enemy’s body.
They can also be taken advantage of for what they have. Players can also look at a dynamic campaign map that gives them more information about each turn-based fight and how the enemy reacts to them as they try to take back these territories.
As the game goes on, players will also learn more, which will give them access to more side tasks and chances. As the mercenaries gain levels, they will also learn new skills and powers. The game will also have a mode where players can work together.
Jagged Alliance 3 Release Date
As of right now, the release date for Jagged Alliance 3 on PC has been set for 2023. In 2004, Jagged Alliance 3 was first talked about. Strategy First and Game Factory Interactive worked with the Russian company MiST Land South to make the game’s sequel.

But after a year, Strategy First took the title back from MiST Land South and started making it themselves. In December 2006, Strategy First again hired someone else to make Jagged Alliance 3. The game was to be made by the distributor and two Russian companies, Akella and F3games.
It was supposed to come out in late 2008. As of October 2008, the game had been delayed again, and Akella’s website said the game would come out in the first quarter of 2010. However, the company stopped working on the game in 2009.
On March 9, 2010, the German company bitComposer Games (now bitComposer Entertainment AG) bought the rights to the PC strategy series and started “preliminary development” on the third full game, which will come out in 2011.
In August 2015, bitComposer sold the rights to Nordic Games. During the THQ Nordic 10th Anniversary Digital Showcase on September 17, 2021, Jagged Alliance 3 for PC was revealed. It is being made by Haemimont Games, which also made the Tropico Games.
Haemimont Games first pitched THQ Nordic a spin-off project, but THQ Nordic was so pleased with the studio’s work that they hired them to make a mainline sequel instead.
THQ Nordic knew that past attempts to bring the series back had been met with a lot of different reactions, so they made Jagged Alliance 3 for “hardcore” fans of the series. Unlike other strategy games like the XCOM series, Jagged Alliance 3 doesn’t tell players how likely it is to hit an opponent or how they will react when attacked.
The team believed that the franchise should be about reacting to unpredictable and tumultuous combat situations and that too much information may cause players to be overly cautious and calculated.
