Last month, the primary market saw notable inclusion in both main board and small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) segments. The second week of October month has begun, which sees strong market buzz. There are some new IPOs issued are opening and some companies are all set to debut on Dalal Street this week such as Arvind & Company Shipping Agency IPO. Market observers claimed that two mainboard IPOs Plaza Wires and Valiant Laboratories opened for listing raising Rs 223.74 crore.
The managing director of Pantomath Capital Advisors Pvt. Ltd which is a mid-market investment bank, Mahavir Lunawat said the IPO market has been buzzing this fiscal year with at least two to three public offers opening every day. There were fewer mega IPOs compared to last year, as more companies raised smaller tranches of money; but also rewarded investors better. It is expected that a total of four companies to listed in this financial year, which is a positive signal for listing gains. Arvind & Company Shipping IPO List Date
According to the reports, this SME IPO will list in the primary market on Thursday, October 12, 2023, and it will be available from October 16, 2023. Talking about the IPO price, Arvind and Company Shipping IPO is fixed at a price of Rs 14.74 crore. Arvind and Company Shipping Agency IPO will be listed on NSE SME with a tentative date for listing fixed as October 25, 2023, Wednesday. The other new listings for this week are Plaza Wires and Arabian Petroleum. Plaza Wires will be listed on NSE and BSE on October 13 while Arabian Petroleum on October 9, 2023, on NSE and SME.
