GTA 5 Update: New to the latest update for Grand Theft Auto V are ray tracing for Xbox One X and PlayStation 5 and other general improvements. In the context menu, you may find a preferred phone contact option that allows you to conceal certain people.

Newly purchased autos will arrive faster, and the mechanic will gladly supply requested bicycles on demand. No longer will be completing Hao’s Intro Race on current-gen consoles be required in order to use the HSW Upgrade Service.

Fidelity Mode is how new-gen consoles’ ray tracing features are made active. If you turn this on, the game will use ray-traced reflections, which, according to Rockstar, will improve the visual fidelity of shiny and reflecting surfaces.

Some of the mission rewards in GTA Online have been altered. Previously, completing a Sell Mission in Smuggler’s Run netted you treble the RP and GTA$. In addition, the benefits of general involvement in these operations are greater. The Vehicle Cargo missions now receive the high-demand bonus.

New story and Freemode tasks related to the Los Santos Drug War are also included in this release. The Freakshop, a new social hub, and the Acid Lab company have both been introduced in the updates. New Content in Grand Theft Auto Online

New Story Missions, Freemode Missions, and a new business for players to operate are just some of the additions and changes made in the Los Santos Drug Wars update.

The Freakshop:

  • Players can now begin new First Dose Story Missions, keep and customize their Acid Lab Business, shop for and upgrade to Mk II weapons, and engage in other social activities in a newly designed social hub.
  • Six brand-new Story Missions for one to four players have been implemented.
  • After you’ve finished First Dose – Welcome to the Troupe, you can get in touch with the new phone contact “Dax” to learn about five new Fooligan Jobs.

Acid Labs:

  • After completing the First Dose and stealing the requisite lab equipment, players will be able to put it in the back of the new MTL Brickade 6×6 vehicle and gain access to the Acid Lab company.
  • In Freemode, players can summon and operate their very own Acid Lab.
  • Consistent with how other businesses function, this Acid Lab will send out source missions to collect materials that will then be processed into Acid and sold to customers.
  • Names for Acid Labs are arbitrary.
  • Including the Acid Product Delivery Maibatsu Manchez Scout C, which is available by request in Freemode.

  • Bicycles can now be requested from the Mechanic
  • Reduced the time taken for newly purchased vehicles to be delivered
  • The ‘hide all’ option in each Map Blip Options category has been reintroduced
  • Players no longer need to complete Hao’s Intro Race to access the HSW Upgrade Service and mods (PS5 and Xbox Series X|S only)

Economy Updates

  • GTA$ and RP rewards for Smuggler’s Run Sell Missions have been tripled
    • Participation rewards for these missions have also been increased
  • The High-Demand Bonus has been applied to Vehicle Cargo Sell Missions

Visual Updates

  • Ray-traced reflections have been added to Fidelity Mode for both PS5 and Xbox Series X|S, adding detail and contrast to the game world. This allows for vehicles, characters, and more details to be shown on reflective and glossy surfaces.
