According to the source, the Godrej Properties subsidiary has been fined an amount of Rs. 5 lakh by the Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD). They have been fined for not following the environmental safety rules at the time of the construction in New Delhi. A statement has been released by Godrej Properties on 21st October 2023, Saturday, that their subsidiary Godrej Vestmarlk LLP was dined on 16th October 2023, Monday under the Delhi Municipal Corporation Act 1957. It has been stated that the violation by the subsidiary pertains to complaints with the National Green Tribunal in the order since 10 April 2015.
