Kratos’s Cabin Gets the Gingerbread Treatment in Impressive God of War Fan Creation!

God of War: As a sweet tribute to Kratos and Atreus, a God of War fan skillfully re-created their iconic log cabin out of gingerbread. The God of War fan community has consistently impressed with its ingenuity and dedication to the series.

Spectacular characters and settings in God of War have motivated passionate fan art. Santa Monica Studio relocated Kratos and his family from Greece to the world of the Norse after he defeated the Greek pantheon in God of War (2018).

He now has a young son and a deceased wife. Then the dynamic and powerful God of War: Ragnarok arrives with its stellar voice cast, concluding the Norse saga and strengthening the bond between Kratos and Atreus.

The Midgard log cabin of Kratos and Atreus inspired Redditor Morello’s gingerbread recreation, including the original’s storage awning, door, layered roof, and Norse Runes around the entrance.

To represent the arrival of Fimbulwinter upon the realms in God of War: Ragnarok, Morello dusted the cabin with powdered sugar. The image looks like a 3D projection of the actual cabin from the game due to the high level of detail in the cabin, especially the engraved Norse Runes around the entrance.

Fans of the God of War series are incredibly talented, and they’ve produced some fantastic works of art in various mediums over the years. The Blades of Chaos were crafted by another God of War fan, who used wood and burned designs for a more realistic appearance.

Because they enjoy the games so much, fans often try to replicate in-game assets as closely as possible. The gingerbread house recreation of Kratos’s cabin that Morello shared on Twitter is just one example of the fantastic fan art inspired by the God of War games.

Several commenters recommend that Morello eat some of the roofs to increase his realism and authenticity. This refers to the gaps in the ceiling that Kratos and Baldur ripped open during their epic battle at the beginning of God of War.

More and more players are diving into Midgard and the other realms as God of War: Ragnarok approaches two months of life, which means more and more of these imaginative creations will hit the internet.

As soon as the studio decides to transport Kratos to a new dimension, fans will be exposed to even more innovative materials to experiment with, invent, and construct. PS4 and PS5 owners can now purchase God of War: Ragnarok.
