Galaxy S25: It has been speculated that Samsung’s mobile division is working on a new flagship mobile chip designed specifically for the Galaxy S series of smartphones.
It was said that the company was considering switching from using Exynos chips in its premium smartphones to using something else. Information about the company’s rumored high-end processor could be forthcoming, according to the latest rumor.
Ice Universe claims that at the unveiling of the Galaxy S23, Samsung MX (mobile division) will provide additional information about its first in-house mobile chipset.
On February 1, 2023, at the Galaxy Unpacked 2023 event, Samsung MX CEO TM Roh may provide fans with a teaser about the premium smartphone. The chipset was reportedly created for the Galaxy S25 series, which is set to debut in early 2025.
It is speculated that the processor will be fabricated using Samsung Foundry’s second or third-generation 3nm GAA process, though no official details about the South Korean company’s first high-end chipset have been revealed.

Reportedly employing over a thousand engineers, Samsung MX has poached an Apple veteran who specializes in semiconductors to join its ranks. With any luck, its debut chip will be a smashing success, and Galaxy phones and tablets will never again need to use an Exynos chip.
