During the latest live letter presentation for the famous MMO, Square Enix said when Final Fantasy XIV 6.4 would come out. Final Fantasy XIV 6.4 comes out on all devices on May 23, 2023. It adds new main story quests, dungeons, and a lot more.
As usual, the new main scenario quests tell “the next chapter in the story of the Warrior of Light.” However, it doesn’t look like there are any hints of the next expansion just yet. Since director Naoki Yoshida and his team also worked on Final Fantasy 16, that’s not too much of a surprise.
Anabaseios, the last boss in the Pandaemonium raid series, will be added in Patch 6.4. The new dungeon is part of the Aetherfront, and once the patch goes live, duty support will be added to most Stormblood MSQ dungeons.
Do you know that in what looks like an introduction for the next Mortal Kombat game, a single grain of sand is used to its fullest extent? Mortal Kombat 12 has been confirmed, but no official information have been released yet:
In The Voidcast Dais, you can also fight a new boss in a battle. That boss is Golbez from Final Fantasy 4, as you might have guessed from the picture and the music played during the Live Letter.
As usual, the Island Sanctuary gets a lot of new things, crops, and animals, and Kugane is getting a new fishing route. The Grand Endeavor of Tataru also goes on.
With Patch 6.45, there will be new Manderville weapons, new Blue Mage gear, a higher level cap for Blue Mages, new dungeons, and more Hildebrand quests.
