Now he is testing a new clickbaity ad format that cannot be blocked or it can not be reported. Previously, the normal ads on Twitter (X) used to carry an ad label, and now the new ads on Twitter (X) appear in the account of a user. The Twitter account of that user is @Mayhem4Markets.

The new ad appears in the For You feed which is currently on the official company mobile application and now it has been redirected to the third-party site when they also try to click on them. The experience offered by the low-quality clickbait sites. The user wrote that this new ad format reminds him of what he used to see at the bottom of the low-quality news website. In his caption, he also posted a funny laughing emoji. He further said that the ads also can not be reported or even they can’t be blocked. Maybe ad blockers might work and he asked people if they had seen these weird ads in the company app till now or not.

Currently, Twitter (X) has been struggling with ad revenue from the time Elon Musk took over the company. He purchased Twitter last year and then this year he renamed Twitter to X. As per the reports it has been found that Twitter (X) ad revenue has fallen by 55% every single year since Musk took over the company.
