The upcoming Disney Dreamlight Valley is a PC/console life simulation game in the vein of Animal Crossing. You'll play a key role in stopping a terrible sickness called the Forgetting from destroying Dreamlight Valley.
As you travel, you'll have the chance to meet and spend out with many Disney legends. Many beloved Disney characters, such as Mickey Mouse, Moana, and Merlin, call Dreamlight Valley home, and you will soon have the opportunity to visit them.

What Is The Story Of Dreamlight Valley?
The game's story is tragic: The Forgetting converted this utopia into a nightmare by erasing all memories of the peaceful existence in which Disney and Pixar characters had previously existed.
Now is the time to travel the many regions of the land, meet its famous citizens, and maybe restore their memory for good. There are many life-sim aspects, such as the ability to build your own house, and your character may be anybody you want it to be.
Disney Dreamlight Valley Avatar Maker
Create your unique character using the recently unveiled Avatar Designer tool before entering Disney Dreamlight Valley. The free download lets you design your character's appearance, clothing, and backpack with your unique patterns and flair, and then you can bring them into the game when it launches.
Before the game's official release, you may show off your creation to the world and earn a one-of-a-kind jersey for participating.

Disney DreamlightFounders Pack Editions
Disney Dreamlight Valley is available in three different editions: Standard, Deluxe, and Ultimate. On September 6, 2022, the game will be available to anyone who purchases one of these bundles and enjoys the benefits that come with it.
A Mickey Mouse Donut headband and a Choco Crocodile plushie are available only during the game's first week of release.
1. Standard Edition
In addition to early access to Disney Dreamlight Valley, you will receive the following:
- Clothing set with two wearable items
- Furniture set with nine decoration items
- Three design motifs
- 8,000 Moonstones currency
2. Deluxe Edition
The Deluxe Edition of Disney Dreamlight Valley includes everything from the Standard Edition plus:
- A Celestial Turtle animal companion
- Clothing set with five wearable items
- Furniture set with ten decoration items
- A Deluxe Jersey and Mickey Mouse headband
- Three design motifs
- 14,000 Moonstones currency
3. Ultimate Edition
All of the features included in the Deluxe and Standard Editions are also included in the Ultimate Edition. It does come with this, though:
- Regal Fox animal companion

- Furniture set with 15 decoration items
- An Ultimate Jersey and Mickey Mouse headband

Is Disney Dreamlight Valley Free To Play, And When Will It Be Released?
On September 6, 2022, early access to Disney Dreamlight Valley will be available to those who have either purchased the Founder's Pack or subscribed to Xbox Game Pass. The developers have shared the game's official release and pre-load times across all platforms.
While pre-ordering the game is possible, it will not be compatible with all systems. Launch, purchase, and pre-load windows for Disney Dreamlight Valley across all territories and platforms are detailed here:

There is currently no set a date for when the early access period will end, but the game is likely to be released as a full-fledged free-to-play title sometime in 2023.
Furthermore, on September 1, just three days following the early access release, the Disney & Marvel Games Showcase will air. We will update this section as additional information about the game is announced at the event, so be sure to check back often.
What Platforms Will Disney Dreamlight Valley Be Available On?
Disney Dreamlight Valley will be playable on many consoles and computers (via Steam, Epic Games Store, or Microsoft Store) and iOS devices like the iPhone. On the same day it releases, Xbox Game Pass subscribers can access it.
Is Disney Dreamlight Valley Multiplayer?
According to IGN, Gameloft plans to add multiplayer features to Disney Dreamlight Valley in future updates. Currently, the game is single-player only. We don't know if multiplayer will arrive during Early Access or after the final release, but we can always hope that we'll get to share our Dreamlight Valleys with others.
