According to the officials, the air quality in Delhi has been slightly improved. It was claimed after checking the official report of Saturday morning of 18th November 2023. The city has worked up to Very Poor air quality with an AQI of 398. This is a little good report as for the past few days Delhi was coming under the Severe category. It has been claimed that visuals on the roads of Delhi at around 7:00 am today remained very low where there was a layer of the song which was continuing to cover the entire Delhi. Before this time, the national capital had never come under the Severe air quality category. Still, it has been in this category for the last four days which means from 14th November 2023 to 17th November 2023 post the celebration of Diwali 2023.

According to the Central Pollution Control Board Data, the Aie Quality Index (AQI) in the areas of Delhi at 7:00 am, Anand Vihar was at 337, IGI at 308, Rohini at 366, Vivek Vihar at 272, Shadipur at 294, RK Puram at 392, Patparganj at 343, Najafgarh at 364, Jahangirpuri at 376, ITO at 308, Ashok Vihar ay 296, and Punjabi Bagh at 382. And the AQI has been recorded in NCR so in Sector 129 the AQi is at 295, Sector 62 at 276, Sector 1 at 307, and Sector 116 at 293. And the AQI of the areas of Gurugram, Sector 51 at 380, Vikas Sadan at 336, and Teri Gram at 334.
