Darktide Psyker: As a staple of the Warhammer 40,000 setting, psykers naturally serve as a playable class in Darktide. As a Psyker Psykinetic, you can use the Warp’s sorcerous powers with all the potential and danger that comes with them. While you won’t ever be short of bullets, abusing your superiority could prove fatal.
Psykers, like Marksmen, are great at long-range. The enormous damage they can deal to a single target makes them ideal for quickly finishing off Elites. Still, their long charge times and need for cooldowns mean they are vulnerable unless adequately protected.
While some weapons may be shared between classes, each playable class in Warhammer 40,000: Darktide has its own unique set of skills and arsenal. It’s a big reason why you can play the game over and over again with a lot of different outcomes. Those bored with one lesson might try another and have a completely new experience.
The Psyker Psykinetic is one of the playable classes in Warhammer 40,000: Darktide, and it can use its access to the Immaterium to deal devastating damage to its enemies. The Psyker Psykinetic uses a unique Peril gauge with their Warp skills, making them different from other classes who favor more traditional weapons.
Though overusing Warp-based abilities can bring a Psyker to their knees, the class has the advantage of not having to deal with the same intricacies as the Veteran Sharpshooter, Zealot Preacher, and Ogryn Skullbreaker do.
Darktide really had everything I needed to make her. The hair, the voice, the scars. I may give up my psyker lol. What would make it better is if the Zealot had the voice so i can give her a flamer. pic.twitter.com/bJihU2s1IL

Why Use Grenades When A Brain Burst Is Available?
The Psyker Psykinetic lacks a special grenade similar to the Blitz powers of the other classes, making it difficult to deal with large groups of adversaries or significantly damage very tough foes. Instead, the Psyker has the potent skill Brain Burst, which allows them to do enormous damage to a single target.
Players need to have a clear line of sight to an enemy and press the button to use the Blitz ability. After a short while, two bars next to their reticle will fill up, and the power will activate. A single Brain Burst is sufficient to kill weaker adversaries and some elites instantly, but stronger enemies require additional Brain Bursts to kill.
Because using Brain Burst briefly enhances a Psyker’s damage output by as much as four times, it is best to focus on weaker foes in an encounter before moving on to stronger ones. As with the other Warp-based abilities, Brain Burst raises the Psyker’s Peril gauge and necessitates careful planning to perform appropriately.

Breaking Through Their Defenses
Some Psyker abilities are advantageous in cooperative situations since they bypass armor and deal direct harm. For instance, Brain Burst can efficiently dispatch Bulwarks with armor and Pox Hounds with little trouble.
Warhammer 40,000: Darktide’s more significant difficulties feature more elite adversaries with varying protection, making a Psyker extremely useful for completing endgame material. Psyker Psykinetics, with their Warp abilities and weaponry, stand out from the other classes in Warhammer 40,000: Darktide.
A steady supply of ammo is always welcome, but it is especially appreciated by those on the receiving end of your aid who stand to benefit the most from your ability to save lives with each shot.
In Warhammer 40,000: Darktide, the Psyker is shaping up to be one of, if not the best classes, thanks to their powerful skills that bypass opponent defenses. On November 30, 2022, Warhammer 40,000: Darktide will be available for the PC and Xbox Series X/S.
