According to the reports, the primary market is all set to remain buzzing in the upcoming week as a total of 6 new companies are tapping into Dalal Street so that it can raise over Rs. 7,300 crore by initial public offering (IPO). Sources had revealed that Tata Technologies and the Indian Renewable Energy Development Agency (IREDA) are the biggest companies among the six new companies. In the year 2021, the shares of India in the total number of IPOs globally stood at 6%. And then it got surged to 11% in the next year which means in 2022. And in the half of this year which means in 2023, the shares of India in the number of global IPOs has officially risen to 13%. If we look at Tata Technologies IPO the most awaited is going to open for subscription on 22nd November 2023 and then it is going to close on 24th November 2023. Tata Technologies has fixed the price band of Rs. 475 to Rs. 500 per share. It has been claimed that this is the first IPO of this company after around 19 years.

If we look at the IREDA IPO the Mini Ratna enterprise is one of the companies that is in the six IPOs in the mainboard segment. The subscription of the company is going to open on 21st November 2023 and then it is going to close on 23rd November 2023. The company has fixed the price band which is between Rs. 30 to Rs. 32 per share.
