Recently, it was announced that Navalny had gone missing as his representatives lost communication with him. He was held in a panel colony around 150 miles east of Moscow after being found guilty of multiple offenses including founding an extremist community and sponsoring extremist activities. In August this year, he was sentenced to 19 years in jail. He was already serving an 11-and-a-half-year sentence in a high-security jail for accusations that he doesn’t admit to, including fraud.
