This case was filed after the day when the leader of Shiv Sena and MLA from the Worli Aaditya Thackeray reached the unfinished Delisle Raod bridge which is in Lower Parel declaring it open to the public. The Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation filed a police complaint against him and the other people who went with him. This case is filed in NM Joshi Marg police station which is in Mumbai. It has been said that the Delisle Road Bridge is a very crucial bridge which is linked between the Lower Parel, Worli, Prabhadevi, and Currey roads in the west and Byculla and some other areas which are in the east.
